Nate Tran
Origin

Every part of my work started as a seed. Photography went in the ground in the summer of 2020, mid-pandemic, and as the passion grew, it spread: into design, into two businesses, into AI.

Some branches grow longer than others, and some intertwine. The photographer’s eye became the designer’s eye. Running Nate Tran Photography and Stella Booth taught me what shipping actually costs. And when AI showed up, it didn’t replace any of that, it gave every branch more reach. I make the product and design calls, AI does the execution, and I review everything against years of trained taste. Heft and the Stella Booth site were both grown exactly that way: my decisions, AI’s hands.

Self-taught across all of it. My loop is research, move, review, fix, so a new tool is never a threat, it’s a new branch. If you’re hiring where design judgment meets AI leverage, that loop is what you’re getting.

01

Personal beats generic. Every time.

02

Taste is a skill, not a vibe. Years of training my eye is the thing I trust most.

03

AI is a tool, not the author. I make the calls, it does the reps.

04

Community over competition. Uplifting people has never cost me a thing.

05

The experience is the product. People remember how it felt, not just how it looked.
